How to Write Learning Objectives
Learning objectives (LOs) describe what the learners should be able to demonstrate after engaging in a learning activity.
LOs support good learning because they provide measurable descriptions of the desired learning outcome.
The presentation includes my process for writing LOs.
Interview Successfully to Find the Right Candidate
Business Purpose: There is a skills gap between how hiring managers and recruiters currently conduct interviews and how the company wants them to be conducted. The company’s current interview process does not yield the quality or quantity of hires it wants.
Business Solution: The eLearning course is the best delivery mode because the content is straightforward and easily scalable nationally. The learner can also take the time to practice the scenarios independently. The course does not need to be instructor-led or conducted onsite.
Guide to Financial Planning Process
Business Purpose: While financial planning training is not traditional education provided by employers, it can reduce healthcare costs, for example, by mitigating personal stresses caused by financial miscues.
Business Solution: Offer a course on financial literacy as part of onboarding training to:
Teach learners the basics of financial planning to help them set sound financial goals.
Explain to the learners the steps for creating a budget that will help them save money for their goals or emergencies.
